During black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal 8 or above, normal clinic services will be suspended. If this happens during office hours, reasonable attempts will be made to contact all affected patients and re-schedule their appointments. If the warning is raised before office hours, assume that all in-person appointments are cancelled. Normal service will be resumed within 2 hours of the signal being lowered unless this is after 1pm in which case the clinic will remain closed for that day.
