There are many reasons why Antenatal Classes are important. Essentially, when it comes to labour and giving birth; knowledge is power. The more you know, the more choices you can make and the greater the understanding you have as to what is happening during this time. This in turn can ease any concerns or anxieties you may have.
Antenatal classes Central Health
Our classes cover all you and your partner need to know for your baby’s arrival and beyond. There will be talks and opportunities for discussion with our experts including midwives, physiotherapist and anaesthetist.
Our attendees also find meeting other parents-to-be with a similar due dates a great opportunity to make new friends.

When?
Classes take place over three Tuesday Evenings or two Saturday Mornings. If these do not work for you, we also offer private and refresher classes.
