We believe in providing comprehensive care for our patients which is why we have always had an out-of-hours service for urgent cases. This should not be used for routine enquiries or appointments. We can provide out-of-hours video and phone consult service to our existing patients at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 6pm-10pm
Saturday: 2pm to 8pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: 10am to 4pm
Please email childconsult@centralhealth.com.hk for paediatrics or gpconsult@centralhealth.com.hk for a general practitioner. If you do not get a reply to your email within 1 hour, please ring your doctor’s mobile directly. This service will cost the same as the doctor’s usual fee.
Please note, during regular clinic hours, you should contact the clinic in the usual way by referring to the contact page information.
For all other emergency advice and contacts, please refer to our emergency advice leaflet.
If you have a medical emergency please call 999 or make your way to the nearest hospital.
